GREEN COMPUTING
Green Computing, refers to environmentally sustainable computing. It is the study and practice of using computing resources efficiently by designing, manufacturing, using and disposing of computer parts with minimal or no impact on the environment.
The goal of green computing are similar to green chemistry i.e., reduce the use
of hazardous materials, maximize energy efficiency during the product’s lifetime, the recyclability or biodegradability of defunct products and factory waste.
