With the kind words of our Respected Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor Sir, the Inaugral Session of UEMGREEN 2021 will take off followed by precious and motivational words of our Chief Guest: Dr. Susmita Mitra - Director at IEEE (Kolkata) & Professor at Indian Statistical Institute, Guest of Honor: Dr. Somak Raychaudhury - Director at Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (Pune) and Honored Guest: Dr. Satyajit Mayor - Dirctor at National Centre for Biological Sciences (Bangalore).

The Inaugral Session will end with some motivational and praiseworthy words of our Respected Pro Vice-Chancellor Sir.

Kanakaraj Sekar is an Indian bioinformatician and a professor at the Department of Computational and Data Sciences of the Indian Institute of Science.

The Department of Biotechnology of the Government of India awarded him the National Bioscience Award for Career Development, one of the highest Indian science awards, in 2004.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER - KATINA MICHAEL

Katina Michael has recently moved to Arizona State University, holding a joint appointment in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society and the School of Computing, Informatics and Decision Systems Engineering. She is also the director of the Centre for Engineering, Policy and Society.

She has written and edited six books, guest edited numerous special issue journals on themes related to radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags, supply chain management, location-based services, innovation and surveillance/uberveillance.

He has been awarded the Travel Grant (2014), Indian Council of Medical Research, Govt. of India
Best Oral Presentation Award, 2013, Indian Crystallographic Association, 42nd National Seminar on Crystallography, New Delhi
Travel Grant (2012), Awarded by Riken Spring 8, Japan for X-Ray data collection

Dr. Avinash Sharma is Presently a Professor in Maharishi Markandeshwar Engineering college,Mullana,Ambala (Haryana), also a Dean Faculty of Engineering and Technology & Member of Board of Studies & DRC Committee for Research and the Ex-Principal & the Professor of Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women (Leading Women’s Engineering College in the state of Rajasthan).

He has been the guest editor and editor in chief of various journals.
